These terms cover the standalone Sodam app operated by Labudo (라브도), including optional Plus purchases when available. The app is currently in preparation. Purchase availability depends on configured store products and your region.
1. Using Sodam
Sodam is a personal spending reflection journal. It is not a bank, financial adviser, medical service, or mental health treatment. You are responsible for the information you enter and the purchase decisions you make. Features and summaries reflect your own records and do not promise savings or a particular outcome. You enter records directly. Review suggested amounts, currencies, dates and possible duplicates before saving; these are not verified bank transactions. Feelings are optional and chosen by you. Sodam does not collect payment notifications, SMS or Shortcuts inputs. While you write a valid spending entry, its minimal purchase label is automatically sent through Sodam to TypeSafe AI Jev. No full entry, note, amount, date or feeling is sent. Manual corrections take priority, and uncertain results or connection failures do not prevent local categorization and saving. 2. Free features and Plus
The free app includes journal entries, manual entry, weekly insights and reflections, up to three active pause items, and JSON export and import. Plus adds revisiting past spending, your own spending principles, and spending journal books with local PDF sharing, alongside monthly/all-time insights, unlimited active pauses and journal CSV export. Existing saved material remains readable and included in JSON backups without Plus; creating or editing Plus material and generating a new book require Plus.
Your journal records and free JSON backup remain accessible when Plus ends. Plus-only actions may become limited; your existing records are not deleted because Plus access ends.
Campfire conversations
Campfire is a free, invitation-only conversation with people you choose. Share only information you have permission to share. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, spam, and disclosure of someone else’s private information are prohibited. Listen without rating another person’s spending. Report harmful replies, block participants, or contact pwd.labudo@gmail.com. A host may remove replies or close the room. Reports do not promise an immediate response. Rooms last up to 24 hours and need an internet connection; keep any personal reflection separately.
3. Price and one-time purchase
New Plus purchases are a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal or subscription trial. Only the price and currency returned by your store are shown before purchase. Restore a verified purchase with the same store account. Previous verified subscriptions keep access until their store-confirmed expiry; a one-time purchase does not cancel a previous subscription. Manage it separately in Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an existing subscription. Refunds follow store policy and applicable law. Cross-platform purchase transfer is not guaranteed.
4. Cancel, restore, or request a refund
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple or Google subscription settings. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by your platform. Uninstalling Sodam, resetting local data, or sending a support email does not itself cancel the subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues through the current paid billing period unless the store revokes the entitlement or a refund changes it.
Restore purchases with the same store account through the app. A network connection and a valid store entitlement are required. Transfer between iOS and Android is not guaranteed. Refund eligibility and requests follow the store's policies and applicable law; Sodam does not promise a refund or replace statutory rights.

5. Your records and backups
Journal data stays locally on your device. Keep a JSON export before uninstalling, resetting, or replacing your phone. JSON backups include previously saved candidates, but not original images or pending shared materials. There is no Sodam account-based recovery or journal cloud sync. Exported files, operating-system backups, and old service data are separate copies you manage. See the privacy policy for storage, billing data processing, and support email details.
6. Changes and support
We may improve the app and update these terms, with updated terms and material feature or purchase-term changes disclosed as required before they take effect. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact Labudo at pwd.labudo@gmail.com for support.
